How to Complete Aadhaar Authentication on CRS Portal

Why Aadhaar Authentication Is Important
According to the updated CRS portal guidelines, Aadhaar authentication is now mandatory for all users and functionaries. Existing users who fail to complete Aadhaar authentication within the specified time may face restricted access on the portal.
New users will receive complete access to all functionalities only after successful Aadhaar authentication verification.
Open User Management → View Profile
Login to the CRS portal and navigate to the User Management menu. Click on View Profile to begin the Aadhaar verification process.
Enter Aadhaar Details
Enter your Aadhaar number carefully in the Aadhaar verification section. Make sure the information matches exactly with Aadhaar records.
Fix Name or Gender Mismatch Errors
If you see a mismatch error, verify that your name and gender exactly match Aadhaar records. Even small differences may cause verification failure.
