This guide will help you complete the Self Survey for housing scheme using the AwaasPlus 2024 v2.1.20 and Face RD v1.2.0 apps on your Android mobile. 

12 Easy Steps to Complete Self Survey via AwaasPlus 2024 App

📲 Follow each step carefully:

✅ Step 1: Download Required Apps

📥 Go to Google Play Store and download:

AwaasPlus 2024 v2.1.20
Face RD v1.2.0

✅ Step 2: Install & Open the App

🛠️ Install both apps and open AwaasPlus 2024. 

Choose your preferred language 🌐 from the list.

✅ Step 3: Self Survey & Aadhaar Authentication

🧾 Select Self Survey. 

🔐 Enter the correct Aadhaar number of the beneficiary. 

📸 The app will open the Face RD app automatically. 

👁️ Blink your eyes and show your face clearly. 

✅ You will see a message:  

"Successfully Captured Image". 

🎉 Then: "eKYC Successful" - 

Your Photo, Name, Aadhaar, DoB will appear.

✅ Step 4: Create PIN & Set Location

🔢 Create a 4-digit PIN of your choice. 

📍 Choose your location:

• Select State

• Select District

• Select Block

• Select Panchayat

• Select Village

✅ Step 5: Welcome Screen Options

You’ll now see the main menu:

• ➕ Add/Edit Survey

• 📤 Upload Saved Survey Data

• 📊 Power BI Dashboard

• 🎫 E-Ticketing

Tap Add Survey to begin.

✅ Step 6: Add Family Head Details

1️⃣ Enter Name of Head (as per Aadhaar) 

2️⃣ Aadhaar Number 

3️⃣ Job Card Number (Format: MH-18-002-016-001/1258) 

4️⃣ Gender 

5️⃣ Social Category (SC/ST/OBC/Others) 

6️⃣ Age 

7️⃣ Marital Status 

8️⃣ Father/Husband Name (Choose appropriate option) 

9️⃣ Mobile Number 

🔟 Literacy 

1️⃣1️⃣ Occupation 

1️⃣2️⃣ Family Members (incl. Head) 

1️⃣3️⃣ Disability (Yes/No) 

1️⃣4️⃣ Critical Illness in Family (Yes/No) 

1️⃣5️⃣ Family Income 

👉 After entering all members, tap Save & Next.

🏦 Enter Aadhaar-linked bank info:

• Tap Sync Bank Master 🔄

• Bank Type

• Bank Name

• Branch Name

• Account Number (enter twice)

• Beneficiary Name (as per passbook)

Press Next.

📷 Enable GPS for accurate coordinates. 

📌 Your Lat/Long & Accuracy (within 15m) will be shown. 

🗺️ Tap View on Map to verify location. 

🏚️ Capture Old House Image (Keep house centered) 

✂️ Crop & Save image 

📝 Add Remarks (optional) 

➡️ Tap Save & Next

👉 If marked as landless, confirm when prompted.

📤 You’ll see message: "Survey Completed - Please Upload" 

✅ Go to Upload Saved Survey Data 

🧾 Confirm Name, Age, Village, Mobile No. 

🧽 Corrections? You must delete & restart survey. 

🔍 Aadhaar & Job Card must be Verified 

☁️ Tap Upload Record 

🎯 Now your survey is uploaded and locked.

🔒 No further edits or re-entry possible for same Aadhaar.
