Overview

Government Research Adhichtra GR. SCH-1082/4199/VISHI-3, DATED 13/8/1985 has started scholarship for the student wanted to do Ph.D in their subject in Government Colleges and Universities.
No of Seats - 14 Government Colleges(05) - 11 Seats Non Agricultural University - 03 Seats University leavel seats are selected by commity under Director from received applications.
College leveal seats are selected by commity under Principal.

Benefits

Beneficiary Category: all categories (After PG) ( As Per GR Dated 05.02.2004)
Scholarship amount Rs. 750/- per month and Rs.1000/- per year other expenses. and for renewal - it is same as above

Eligibility

( As Per GR Dated 13.08.1985)
• Applicant must be post graduate
• The applicant must be a resident of the Maharashtra State
• Applicant should have 60% marks in post graduation. B.A/BSC/B.ED AND M.A/MSC/M.ED AND for any other degree below 60% marks is applicable
• Only govt science institute(Mumbai-3,Nagpur-3,Aurangabad-3),and govt vidarbh gyan vidnyan science institute(Amravati-1), vasantrao naik mahavidyalay college(Nagpur-1),universities and affilated colleges.(3) ---Brackets indicates quota
• Maharashtrian Students studying Out of Maharashtra cannot apply for this scheme

Renewal Policy

---

Documents Required

AS per department inputs( As Per GR Dated 13.08.1985)
• Name of the Guide of the Students.
• Sanction letter of university for the Guide.
• Graduation and PG marklist.
• For renewal student should submit annual progresive report of his Guide.
• Applicant must be domicile of Maharashtra.
• For renewal:-Progress report of Last year. ( As Per GR Dated 13.08.1985)
