CSC TeleLaw: Empowering Communities with Legal Accessibility

CSC TeleLaw: Empowering Communities with Legal Accessibility

Introduction:
In a significant move towards legal empowerment and accessibility, Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) across various districts have the opportunity to engage in the Tele Law initiative. This initiative aims to provide free legal advice to citizens through a simple and user-friendly platform. Here's a step-by-step guide on how VLEs can participate and earn commissions.

1. Monetary Benefits for VLEs:
- VLEs stand to earn ₹3250 monthly through their participation in Tele Law.
- This financial incentive makes it an attractive proposition for VLEs to actively engage in the initiative.

2. Registration Process:
- VLEs must first log in to the official Tele Law website: https://www.tele-law.in.
- Subsequently, they need to download the Tele Law applicant app from Google Play https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=in.telelaw.applicant.

3. Village Selection:

- After logging in, VLEs are required to provide a list of villages in their respective districts.

- VLEs can select villages based on the provided list or even add villages not on the list.

4. Citizen Selection:

- Even if a citizen belongs to a non-listed village, the VLE can still choose from the available list of villages.

- This ensures inclusive and access to legal assistance for citizens in every corner.

5. Free of Cost Services:

- Tele Law services are entirely free for citizens.

- This makes it an inclusive initiative, breaking down financial barriers for those seeking legal advice.

6. Tele Law - Free Legal Consultation:

- Tele Law stands for free legal advice covering all aspects of the law.

- VLEs become key facilitators in making legal expertise accessible to the common man.

7. Commission Structure:

- VLEs can earn a commission of ₹65 for every citizen registration and completed call slot.

- This commission provides a lucrative incentive for VLEs to actively participate in the Tele Law initiative.

8. CSC ID Registration:

- Each VLE can register up to 50 citizens monthly on their CSC ID.

- This ensures scalability and widespread engagement of VLEs in the Tele Law initiative.
