8. Enter the OTP received on your mobile number.
 

Completing Profile:

After successful registration, the next step involves completing your profile. Provide the following information:

1. Applicant's personal details (name, birthdate, five surnames from your caste, caste certificate number).

2. Applicant's address.

3. Applicant's educational details (from primary education, including school name and years attended).

4. Family details (education details of the father or mother).

5. Family migration details (if applicable).

6. Family caste validity details (certificates of family members).

7. Upload the required documents in PDF format with clear text visibility and sizes within the specified limits.

1. Applicant's caste certificate.


2. Original affidavit (Form 17 rule 14).


3. Original affidavit (Form 3 rule 4(1)).


4. Form 15-A.


5. Applicant's photo.

8. Father's or blood relative's caste certificate.


9. Identity card issued by a college or institute.
