- सदर वस्ती अनुसूचित जाती व नवबौध्द घटकांची असल्याबाबत बृहत आराखडयामध्ये समावेश असणे आवश्यक
- वस्तीच्या लोकसंख्येच्या व मागील ५ वर्षात दिलेल्या लाभाच्या निकषानुसार रक्कम रु. २ लाख ते २०लाख अनुदान देय आहे.
- ग्रामपंचायतीचा काम निवडीचा ठराव
- उप अभियंता यांचे कामाचे अंदाजपत्रक
- काम करण्यासाठी जागा ग्रामपंचायत मालकीची असलेचा दाखला
